DSE Brokers Assoc meets president of FBCCI Abdul Matlub Ahmed

A 9-member delegation of DSE Brokers Association, led by its president Ahasanul Islam Titu met the president of FBCCI Abdul Matlub Ahmed at the latter’s office in the city Monday. DSE Brokers Association has planned to work with the country’s apex trade body Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) to make the capital market an alternative source of funds for industries, officials said.
Newly formed DSE Brokers Association Monday expressed its intention after holding a meeting with the leaders of the FBCCI. FBCCI President Abdul Matlub Ahmad chaired the meeting held at Federation Bhaban. President of DSE Brokers Association Ahasanul Islam said they would hold a coordination meeting in every two months with the FBCCI.”DSE Brokers Association would work for the development of the capital market. As part of our development plan, we will sit with different business associations time to time,” said Ahasanul Islam.Among the DSE brokers, A.S. Shahudul Huque Bulbul, Mostaque Ahmed Sadeque, Md. Hanif Bhuiya, Minhaz Mannan Emon, Ms. Khugesta Nur-E-Naharin and Md. Mizanur Rahman Khan attended Monday’s meeting.
